At Weaver Leather Supply, we stand behind the quality of our tools and materials. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account to view your order history and select the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and components are included, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Ship the Item
Affix your prepaid shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our distribution center in Mt. Hope, Ohio.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
